Harvard Law School Conference on Intellectual Property Law
The 2008 conference gathered a collection of leading thinkers from academia, private practice and the judiciary who offered their diverse perspectives on the latest developments in intellectual property law. Judges from the Federal Circuit, top legal scholars and experienced practitioners examined some of the key issues shaping intellectual property law today, both in the courts and in practice.
The conference was held at the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, 136 Irving Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
